Sell a top product, learn sales technics, an international team, free snacks while working in an office. Team leaders are easy to approach and get help from.

Cons

In a vendor-client relationship, agents usually take all the blame. Lack of career growth opportunities, lack of sales-oriented training. Fixed bonus, which means there is no much point in going above and beyond.
