Pros

The company is focus on UCCE and has a lot of opportunties to grow for individuals

Cons

1. Very poor management and support from team members, can't even get tools to do the job sometimes 2. Very poor project flow, everything else except UCCE is not import for them, even in the BOM, not capable of doing basic R/S, IPT ... 3. Employee evaluation is VERY often, from PM/Manager/VP since they need to get rid of people very often. Of course they are always hiring. 4. Doesn't have good reputation, almost every one in the industry knows they keep losing money for years and still going down.

Pros

Fairly good compensation given to salaried employees. Benefits package is okay, not great.

Cons

Totally incompetent senior leadership who change their minds daily; impossible to execute any strategic planning given the poisonous atmosphere of fear and suspicion. Near daily shifts in company directions. Terrible relationships with vendors and customers - the customer experience? Who cares? Talent attraction and retention? Why - there are plenty more out there that want a job. We don't care how long you've worked here. Someone told someone else something bad about you and you are so outta here.

Pros

The best reason to work at TeleTech is the ability to work from home. TeleTech offers ongoing training and they have shifts available to fit just about anyone's schedule. When it is busy, like during the Christmas rush, the hours available to work are almost unlimited.

Cons

The major downside to TeleTech is that when it is not busy, they give mandatory time off without pay. This means when it is slow, you don't get any hours. As a seasonal employee, you do not get any benefits or paid time off so if you need to take a day off, you have to make arrangements to switch with someone or get someone to cover for you.
