Pros

You work from home with a decent schedule that you get to pick from. Great company not a lot of downtime like some other companies. When its there fault for down time you still get paid. Great training from home on phone and internet but still feels like you are in a class room training. If you need private one on one with trainer you will get it. Help is always there as long as you ask for it. over all great company to work for.

Cons

You do need to have a very quiet and dedicated place to work. You have to buy your own head set which you can buy one from them in 3 part payment they take out of your check.

The building has air conditioning.

Cons

This is a "revolving door" employer. That is why they are constantly hiring not because the client is expanding. If you are not presentable in public this is a place for you. You can be pierced anywhere, tatoo's anwhere. Teletech is a hub for anyone who can't get a job anywhere else. The client deserves better then to place people in a chair. United States Outsourcing at its worst.

Long hours, easy to get burned out if you can't manage yourself effectively.
