Can say nothing about Pros

didn't go over how to log into phones until second day of nesting then was expected to follow all the steps like go here, go there now click here. Did not work as a group are get any time to have things explained. It was like go here and off you go start taking calls. Didn't learn which program to go into for what reasons how to locate are where to write reason for call and how it was resolved.

-Casual environment and friendly co-workers -Flexible time off -Easy to get hired -Raises can be quick and multiple times a year

Cons

-Pay is capped at a lower rate than comparable call centers -Removal of bonuses -Little chance for advancement -Multiple lay-offs

Pros

You get to work from home, in your pj's if you want to. Easy job, answer phone explain items to customers. Pay. Is decent and no commute

Cons

Training is chaotic they switched our trainers and each one teaches different so it is very confusing. When you try and get an answer nobody knows or you get 3 different answers.
