Great career opportunity.

Pros

There can be great career opportunity within the company. I have some pretty awesome coworkers and TeleTech provides good, but not great benefits.

Cons

The benefit package is pretty decent, but it’s not the best out there by any means. Recognition is prevalent, but salary doesn’t always match industry standards.

Pros

Salary wise, They pay thirty percent additional for night differential which is way high compared to other call centers, they provide sleeping areas, they provide learning tools for each employees, A+ also for benefits and perks provided by the company.

Cons

They seldom offer day-shift schedules and very strict with punctuality, you should always be there on time and doesn't tolerate employees who over breaks. Absenteeism is a no-no

Company appreciation to its employees Trust and respect is what you can expect to the management at TeleTech Job is very challenging to me

Cons

Lacking work and life balance at times but I'm sure you'd expect this in any industry. They can still improve in this area.
