Pros
A lot of opportunities if you are in a growth zone like the Philippines, Mexico or other parts of Latin america.. Usually the environment is pretty good and you make a lot of friends. If you work hard you will definitely move up relatively quickly although there is competition and a lot of stress. If you like working at a contact center you will love it as this is probably the one with most opportunities I've seen. As you move on up, you can work from home and have access to a lot of benefits starting from supervisor and up.
Cons
Stressful jobs. They are tight with being on time and making the most of your day so it won't be easy or relaxed.
