      you get to share a work place with people from all walks of life who come with different experiences to help you better your skills in the industry. It also provides free educational platforms to its staff polish their understanding in which ever positions they hold.

      Cons

      Their is little room for growth. i.e Promotions. Salary scale it also very low compared to the cost of living in the country
