      Pros

      fellow student staff accommodating hours chill environment enjoyed because of everyone and pay was pretty decent when needed

      Cons

      can be long hours with nothing to do and even though we’ll be standing, supervisors won’t let us check our phones and sometimes cant sit

      Good leadership , Good coworkers Good insurance. Dr. Gist is a great leader.

      Cons

      Low salaries, retirement options are bad (7%in fees!) Salaries should be adjusted to the staff education level. Teachers assistants don't get pay based on their education. All TAs received a very low salary.
