      Company has no will nor ability to build teams, make employees proud of working in it, truly improve skills or reward results. Only thing which matters is short-term profit, pay less, give nothing, yet call for unity under the flag. No surprise all older emlpoyees flee to retirement or to another Company as they have the chance to.
