      good employee benefits job security Automation inclined good techstack Fintech exposure

      Babay bht hen, they dont leave company and leadership also seems to feel a bit burdened. these babay dont like new kids who are seems to show more energy. they impose tracking too much tracking as if they will give you a great increment but it is same 20-30k
