Pros

The values and vision of the company are simple to understand with achievable goals. It has one of best work environment and provides a good work-life balance. Management is good because they help the team members to perform and groom them for the future. Very friendly and encouraging managers and a great team to back you up under all circumstances.

Cons

We can develop new skills.
