Discriminatory and Unprofessional Work Environment

Teleperformance is one of the worst companies I’ve worked for. As a half-Italian employee, I experienced discrimination from day one. Being a French company, they seem to have a particular bias against Italians. I had accommodation included in my contract, but the "apartment" turned out to be a shared room with nine people living in the same house in Portugal. It was the lowest salary I have ever earned. When I complained about the dirty living conditions and constant partying (drinking and smoking inside the house), the company responded by giving me 5 days to leave the apartment. This left me homeless for 2 weeks. Despite this, they still expected me to continue working. On my first day, I endured offensive jokes about Italians, such as "MAMMA MIA," "We, we, spaghetti," and "Here comes the Italian waiter serving pizza," along with other derogatory stereotypes. This hostile environment led me to seek therapy after leaving the company. I truly believe Teleperformance is the worst company I have ever worked for due to their discriminatory practices and unprofessional behavior.
