Salaries and progression opportunities have significantly declined
Pros
In the present, I don't see a lot of pros. Maybe the fact that they promise health insurance from day 1 (which for me should be the bare minimum) They have some remote positions.
Cons
Someone could explain what's going on with salaries? They are LOWER than in 2019 for entry level. Back then, I earned minimum + language bonus + quarterly bonus. And they didn't add the christmas or holiday allowance in the offer. It was considered what it is: 2 extra salaries that workers in Portugal are entitled to. Today they offer only minimum (or like a couple of euros more) with the excuse that they already added the language bonus already. Also to make you think the offer is more atractive than it actually is, they add the Christmas and holiday allowance as part of your monthly income. I don't know if that's even legal... Also they ask you to have a degree for some positions and tbh there is 0 retribution. Yo earn exactly the same without any degree. The meal card is like 7 euros, even though it could be more nowadays (I think the max. is like 10 euros daily) I don't know if the carrer progression offers better salary options, but at entry level, the current conditions are bad, very bad. Imagine if in top of that, you are working on a 100% in office position with rotative shifts. It's very depressing.
