Nasty little place

Pros

none, nasty, filth filth and more filth. underpaid humilation with callers and co workers who will humiliate you

Cons

everything; humiliate me for pennies on the dollar. bathrooms stay pee pee and doo doo dirty; people there keep the seats dirty, yeast and lice infections run a muck; underpaid torturey. double standard on who gets promotion or who can miss or be late and who can't. crazy people work here with their filth literally and figuratively.

The people from training were cool

Cons

-Hours are crazy, I had to work 12 hour shifts for four days, my preferences were totally disregarded and ignored -the calls are SO bad, sprint customers are completely screwed over and take out all their frustration on YOU, some people were so rude that it would really get to you -the whole bonus structure is based on a dumb system, youre judged on surveys but customers arent asked about how the customer service was, theyre asked about how likely they would recommend sprint, most of these people have gotten screwed over so theyre obviously not going to give a high rating -its back to back calls the entire day, even weekends and you dont get time to breathe between calls -absolutely unbearable, please RUN

Nothing related to the company but would have to be Athens itself.

Cons

Lies, lies and more lies. Management from HR, team leaders to upper management are incompetent, unprofessional, talk the company up, don't care about employees and the salary sucks. This company also thinks it's acceptable to place callers on hold or mute and abuse them. That's right, a common practice at Teleperformance. If one speaks up about the crappy company and management, you get shown the door. DO NOT RELOCATE TO GREECE FOR THIS COMPANY.
