Teleperformance has so many options for a career path. Starting as an agent, I quickly moved from emails to a Supervisor in less than 3 months. It has been perfect for me. Teleperformance has given me the opportunity to travel, meet new people and get exposure to key components in making our businesses run. The skills I have learned with this company are shaping me to be the best Supervisor I can be and are preparing me for roles to come in the future. I receive so much support from my teammates and superiors. This support is empowering and pushes me to be better every day.
