Pros

Very caring, helpful supervisor (while some supervisors are very helpful and understanding, others should not be in positions of power AT ALL). Generally flexible with my schedule. The pay is okay. Holiday incentives are great. Fun things are done sometimes, things like potlucks and "crazy hat days".

Cons

Lots of inconsistencies all over the place. Constantly changing rules or being inconsistent with enforcement. Lots of gossip and petty people, especially with management. Company will hire just about anyone (even those who can barely use a computer, can barely spell, have no customer service skills, etc) and then downsize to the point of being under-staffed after busy seasons. Only certain aspects of dress code are enforced and only on certain people. Systems always down or malfunctioning somehow. Management adds or changes schedules without notification or with very last minute notification. The floor is often ruled with an iron fist (people getting yelled at for talking, standing/stretching, etc). Politics play a huge role in moving up or being promoted.

Pros

Teleperformance is a great company to work for. As with any job, in order to be successful or promote within the company you have to commit yourself to show up to work on time and be willing to take feedback and act on it to improve. Teleperformance has many advancement opportunities and promotes from within. Compensation is fair and comparable to similar jobs. There are a great many things that have evolved and improved over the years because leadership does listen to feedback.

Cons

It's a face paced ever changing environment, and while that may not necessarily be a bad thing it may not be for everyone and every personality. I really can't think of any specific cons that I would call out because the company cares about feedback and does take feedback to improve.

Pros

Provide a full 40+ hour workweek. Can make huge bonus if you get people to buy into a scam rewards program.

Cons

This place is atrocious, management walk around all day doing nothing. They never approve time off, even if you have proof that something important has come up. They expect you to make 20+sales per shift, the program that we were selling is a complete scam.
