Pros

They have allowed me to have a very flexible schedule, so that I can meet my travel needs and have enough time to complete my college education. I have also found the staff to create a wonderful working environment. Lastly, they have accommodated all of my needs to make work accessible for a person who is visually impaired such as myself.

Cons

The salaries are a bit low.
