Pros

Flexible with schedule if you stay on top of your work and have a good attendance record. The work itself is easy and you don't have to think about it once you leave the building. Collegiate environment and a good place to meet people of your age and socialize.

Cons

The pay is okay. This isn't a long term option for most people and most people happily move on after a few months.

Pros

Pay starts at $11/hr. Lots of room to move up in the company. 2 15 minute breaks and a 30 minute lunch per 8 hour shift.

Cons

The management here is terrible. Trying to get a day off is ridiculous. Will not work with your schedule. Do not except doctors notes. Pick favorites. Favorites tend to get better care, as well as help, than others.
