Cons

Honestly the only downside I feel anyone would or does have tends to be that you will be needing to quickly learn or develop your knowledge of using new tools and integrating ai to keep up with today's ever changing technology. This aspect is a plus for me but I feel others may benefit from knowing this is a challenge for some. But if this is not an issue for you I would recommend this company 100%. From the application process to hiring process to being an active employee for 2+ years now this has been the greatest employer I have ever had!

Additionally, the workplace promotes an inclusive environment, and the building is kept clean and organized, contributing to a comfortable working atmosphere.

Cons

One area that could be improved is the training program. A more structured and organized training system would help trainees gain a deeper understanding of the products and services they will support, allowing them to transition more confidently into production. The company should also place greater emphasis on employee safety. Following the recent earthquake, there were visible cracks and damages in parts of the building. While business continuity is important, ensuring the safety and well-being of employees should be the top priority, especially during potential aftershocks and other safety-related situations.
