Pros

No pros, only a waste of time.

Cons

Terrible management, lack of empathy and toxic product manager, Absolutely horrible Onboarding, zero maturity of design fundamentals. Designers are underrated.

Lovely team. You can really help people if thats what you like doing

Low salary for work load Lots of favouritism Teamleaders are quite young and think very high of themselves and pick on people a lot because of their position No opportunities to grow Very repetitive and work load just becomes more without increase in pay or appreciation
