Pros

Not at all a stressful job, since it is only technical.Great staff members.

Cons

Extended working hours,poor management.The manager knew less than the average of all agents put together and supervisor and team leader does most of the job.He had no strategy or whatsoever and no leadership skills.Always hiding behind the telephone when mgmt actions or strategy was needed and delegating his job to others. Overall deccisions not aligned with companies values they preach.

Cons

management should be changed very unorganized company too much workload and not enough people.
