The company has been constantly growing and it is full of challenges. Colleagues are in general easy-going and the offices are usually in good locations.

Cons

Environment can be stressful sometimes. Everything is changing constantly, it is a must to be able to adapt quickly. Salaries might be lower than the average.

Can't think of any pros to working for this company, they are just the worst company I've ever been employed by! Leaving them was the best thing I did

Cons

Worst company I've ever worked for. No training, poor management, little to no communication. They expect you to go out of your way for the company but do nothing to help the employee. It's all take and no give. Very unprofessional, they lose staff faster than water down a plug hole! Do not work for this company, you'll only regret it.

Diverse and International staff, lots of opportunities to travel and work in other parts of the world, when reaching a certain level the staff were given responsibility and the opportunity to grow in the job.

Cons

Very little guidance from the management, confusion about work tasks and structure of project management team.
