Pros

I felt welcomed from my first day, the management and HR teams go above and beyond to ensure employee needs are met. The management teams take the time to listen and take on board advice and recommendations for improvement. - Diverse working environment - Overtime is voluntary and is paid - Room for progression as they promote internally - Bonus system - Great working hours - No micromanaging
