Pros

salary its not bad and you can get schengen visa easly

Cons

very toxic environment and it doesnt have career path and they are very Disorganized and chaotic and not Uncooperative and its very entry level job and almost data entry and doesnt have opportunity to get promotion

Pros

- Nice problems to solve - A lot of good staff from around the world helping you in everyday problems - Good technical challenges to solve - Great executive management, every one deserves it, except CIO

Cons

The only con is the CIO. He created an environment where his ego is prioritised higher than anything else. Most important is not getting higher revenue, or solving customer or client problems, but it's to please the CIO. He is very clever and narcissist so his peers and the boss does not see him for who he is.
