Pros

Young, highly-skilled, professional workforce. I´ve had a lot to learn and I´ve found managers and peers alike very friendly and willing to share their experience and best practice. Very strong focus on security - which is to be expected.

Cons

The rate of change can be a bit overwhelming at times.

Pros

Money and bonus. Friendly customers at the counters.

Cons

In job advertisement, it said that we would get up to 29 holidays a year, but when I signed the contract, we get only 9 holidays a year. Lier! Come late 1-5 Mins or sick leave, bonus will be deducted. Because we made bonus from commission, some colleague worked so carelessly.
