- Compensation tends to be higher then competition. - Largest electronic components manufacturer. - Global company in every country. - Former AMP and Raychem people are great.

Cons

- Leadership is very weak. - No on-boarding or orientation process. - Extremely political environment. - Business ethics are questionable. - Employees are expendable as scape goats. - Ombudsman process does not protect employee privacy.
