Great people, senior management without a vision

Innovative and talented engineers who care about the company, the products, and about doing the right thing. Great development opportunities - the company offers variety of training options The best 401(k) program I have ever heard - 5% company match Salary is comparable to industry average

Cons

Senior management does not have a vision and does not care about people. As a result, a lot of great people that made the company great were either let go or had to leave. Layoffs and constant fear of new waves of layoffs is everyday reality - instead of figuring out how to sell more stuff the only solution to improve the bottom line that the executives know is to let more people go. HR is a complete mess. The company has gone through 4-5 VPs of HR in the past 2 years. SVP of HR is simply incompetent and is totally clueless about the real situation in the company. Scary...

Pros

New listening leadership. They brought the HR Director back from Corporate Project, together with a new VP/GM. Employees are being asked their opinions and how to get product to customers faster. Some good changes already implemented.

Cons

Will take some time to build trus again, product moves still happening, but open communications are abundant
