      Worst ever experience, they treat you like a body and get rid of you once work is done. All these awards are bought over. Due to slowdown in oil & gas, this company is laying off tons of folks

      Pros

      I have managed to work with some truly brilliant engineers and operations teams at the site level across the country and abroad. Very lean organization and you will learn alot.

      Cons

      1. Very political and management is very cliquish. If you are not an up and coming manager, you will be seen as dead weight and quickly managed out. 2. California is not part of their long term strategy. 3. You will work long hours and sacrifice time with your family, only to find there is once again another round of layoffs.

      Very relaxed atmosphere, what can I say that's it

      In Cd. Juarez, Mexico is called Potter and Brumfield, the Management Team is not the very best, they disposed of the people as Kleenex. They pay is under the average for a professional. If they Management see's you as a treat, even though they say they have an open door policy what you say it get's back to you. So they have a double face. Even though you throw all your effort and experience to a great job they do not at the end appreciate that.
