Fast pace environment. You can find good talented people but do not last long.

Cons

Very political, bias and sometimes supportive/protective of executives who manage thru fear. Few employees were having panic attacks.

The best asset at TE is its people. Virtually every projects requires to work in a team environment. Lot’s of talent.

Cons

Certain areas are overloaded which slows down the progress on projects. Too many controls and systems are not standardized accross the corporation. Many BU’s still not on SAP

Keep quiet and watch, there is much to learn. Severance pay is great, small price to pay to keep all the targeted people quiet.

Cons

Do not let unimportant inconveniences like family, sickness or hobbies get in the way of your daily work routine. At plant level, you will be publicly intimidated and threatened. Get in line or get in the unemployment line.
