Wide variation between groups (Sensor division a bit of a mess)
Pros
Most business units are well run. Company isn't tight with its travel budget. Plenty of in-person (pre-COVID) leadership alignment meetings. Skilled, sharp, authentic, sincere CEO. Diverse product offering and industries somewhat insulated from industry-specific downturns.
Cons
Sensors division was a mess when I decided to leave. Was in that division 4 years, after a much better experience at a previous business unit for 3 years. Operations leadership at the time treated people quite poorly. Continually minimizing the significant contributions and voices of very skilled, experienced leaders at slightly less senior levels. I was very surprised to see what HR and top leadership allowed to happen in that particular group. It was quite out of the character of what I had been used to at the company in other divisions. Unfortunately, that experience in Sensors left a very sour taste in my mouth about the company, even though the prior 3 years in another group were some of the best of my career. I regret accepting the offer to transfer divisions.
