      Pros

      ADC was a decent company and only worked for TE 10 months. TE seems to be an innovative company with a broad portfolio of products. 401k matching is good, average heath benefits. Not there long enough to know much about working for TE.

      Cons

      Company is too large (nearly 100k employees). You are just a number and expendable. Management and divisions are spread throughout the world so there is no sense of team, but as long as the bottom line is good then management is happy (but they might lay you off anyway).

      No forethought to changing and challenging HR situations

      Pros

      Opportunity to work with various levels of management. Products are respected in the industry. Company succeeds in spite of management shortcomings.

      Cons

      Zero communication from HR on important issues. VP of HR Operations is clueless and indicated he is"not a subject matter expert in anything" Senior VP of HR is unapproachable and seems to be about 20 years behind top notch companies. No corporate oversight into business unit policies. If the OFCCP wanted to make more money they would only need to audit TE Connectivity.
