People would lie about your attendance stating that you weren't coming in on time or were leaving early. I was also told that when I asked for a promtion that our department didn't promote from within their own department. Not enough people to do the work, therefore too many people are overloaded and have to work over time. They also give very low pay raises.

Close knit groups working together, so it was very clique-ish. Company doesn't deliver on temp-to-hire promises. Many temps were never hired, so there was a revolving door of temporary employees.
