      Very poorly managed company with serious "lack of resources & lack of collaborative work environment between employees".

      Pros

      interesting technical projects, lots of knowledge and company background in processing of thermoplastic polymers

      Cons

      Particularly some of the intermediate & mid level management staff possess very poor management skills & micro managers who seriously need training... Many employees ranging from technicians to mid level managers feel that they are very "under-appreciated" by upper management. Several employees also think that HR is not doing a good job in terms of ensuring fair protection of employee rights. Many uncertainties in future stability of the company are also proven by lots of lay offs & furlough days in manufacturing units.
