      Pros

      Decent benefits, mediocre pay, not a bad location so close to Carlsbad and the ocean. No other pros to be shared.

      Cons

      Terrible culture, toxic work environment. This particular location is like working in the wild Wild West. There is no team collaboration, everyone is in it for themselves, and no one is to be trusted. Stress levels are high due to unorganized management. They turned over most of the staff after the acquisition TE made of what was formerly deutsch, and they cannot seem to get it right still. Do yourself a favor and keep looking.

      Pros

      I worked at this company for 28 years. Met some incredible people and was very well compensated, especially during the early years, when it was AMP incorporated.

      Cons

      When early management was phased out, I had difficulty aligning myself enthusiastically with the business philosophy of the new management. It seemed less open and stress levels went way up for many people.

      Pros

      Good process book with detailed instructions; easy to follow with visual aid and good communication with Lead and engineers to implement improvement if applicable.

      Cons

      Rotating management, management bullying, and preferential treatment. Gender Discrimination = Female perform SAME-DUTIES as male workers, yet are paid less. Bonuses also apply to gender-pay-gap, Female worker will receive bonuses HALF of the amount given to male co-workers. aka: Toxic Environment
