      Great benefits. Teams very willing to collaborate.

      Cons

      Too large to maintain focus on the business. Too bureaucratic. Staff turnover was too frequent.

      Pros

      Pay and benefits generally above average. IT group used to have lots of competent people.

      Cons

      Recently outsourced most IT functions to offshore providers. Transition was very poorly managed, with many, many highly-skilled and experienced people released in favor of low-cost, low-skill consultants. TE is now the last place you want to take an IT position.

      It is a great pkace to work. They are very professional,up to date on new concepts with technology.

      Cons

      They like to hire as temps and will keep them like that for yrs.. yes yrs.. many people will be like that for over a year to 2 yrs.
