-diversity and inclusion is something that just does not exist -after hiring totally left alone - no training, guidance support.. nothing -if you don't speak German don't go there-they all speak English but just use German - if you don't peak you will excluded from all mails and feedbacks -no raining available in English (they ask only to know this language but at the end you will not get anything in this language - only global information) -if I read what they still advertise - they still didn't review what they want and expect thus really think if you want to work there - especially if you don't speak German/and local language - for me both languages are MUST to work there, English is nice to have -everyone is pulling to its direction, project manager is neglected. no one listens - no clear RACI -this will also bring frustration -comments from HR that you should be happy of what you have as normally people don't get it.. are not really something I would expect to hear in company from HR -promises are done and then neglected, left alone.. not really explained why .. and when you ask you don't have answers -different rules for everyone, not really same fair treatment

Low wages, for me it was really sad to see how they treat their employees. It is a Vietnamese sweat shop. They pay low wages because they will not stand up to the company so they take complete advantage of them. Which in return they take advantage of every race that works for them. They have horrible benefits. You pay around $5000+ year to have them and another $8000+ for your deductible. So if you have health problems you are screwed. They don’t pay enough for you to even have a chance to get health care.
