Cons

No room to move up, Communion sucks, all they care about is the money, If you have a issue god forbid you speak up they make you feel stupid, management could be a lot better. Ci card program is a joke they want your ideas and give you nothing in return. And it seems like the only people that get crossed trained is the temps like other people don't matter anymore. Some temps make more then the team leads. Everybody knows everyone personal business which makes it hard to talk to people about an issue even Hr.

Nice campus and good coworkers. Can be a good resume builder but that's it. Don't expect to stay there long term.

Pros

Employees have flexibility, understanding supervisors, workload is manageable and NPI department seems to have their priorities in order for the most part. Pay is good, benefits are good and the people (colleagues) are solid. If you're someone looking to make an impact, you will feel like you have the opportunity to do here. For those there that are really trying hard, keep up the great work.

Cons

There is plenty of good, but there is so much more lacking... Mid-to-high level managers lack basic understanding of issues, challenges, customer requirements. The Wilsonville factory is not a cookie cutter business and applying cookie cutter manufacturing norms doesn't work. The solution to most of the larger issue seems to be to implement more layers of management. Production is composed of mostly hiring service folks who have very little reason to over-achieve. Sometimes they lack basic skill to get their job done. The same problems seem to reoccur often, but there is little desire to truly fix them or to support those who want to fix it- that applies to ops, engineering, purchasing..
