Pros
TE has a decent health care plan. The 401k plan is also good but is tied to a 3 year vesting requirement - if you make it that long.
Cons
Run the other way if you are thinking about working at the TE Medical Division. There are many other better choices out there! Their employee turnover is high! Extremely poor management running the Medical division - The senior leaders are great at using four letter words to motivate.
