Pros
There are always new projects to kick-off every year. The majority of the employees are very friendly and easy to work with. They give you the tools you need to be sucessful
Cons
You are expected to conference call into meetings in different global time zones several times a week. The number of projects assigned person often is in direct conflict with senior managements desire to limit the number of goals an employee has assigned per year. This lead to frustration because you can't complete all of your goals so the end result you performance review suffers. I.e. you salary increase & bonus is impacted.
