Pros

None unless you like to work in a discriminatory environment. Employees are not encouraged to act independently. It's a very 'bee-hive' mentality - Management is told they do not need to 'know the job' - Only how to manage people. Unfortunately, this does not assist the team in their daily work, particularly in the case of escalations whereby the poor employee does not get assistance or backed by Management. TD used to be a place to learn and grow but they have stopped listening to client feedback so service suffers. If you are a young, white, straight male, you will go very far.

Cons

Clients and employees alike are ignored. Suggestions are not encouraged. Ageism is actively practiced along with various other discrimination. TD does not tend to promote women, people of colour or gays. Client and employee feedback is suppressed or amended to cast management in a better light.

Pros

Employee Benefits are good. Most people are good to work with.

Cons

There is absolutely no check on the atrocities by some Managers. Since there is no strong HR governance, these unprofessional managers keep taking advantage of the situation and create a bullying and fear culture in the organization. An escalation to Executive leadership and HR is a waste of time. Very disappointed with the culture.

Pros

Only pro is that you get to work for big company So staff account at bank

Cons

They make life a worst for employee, no proper training for such a vast amount of portion. They put you on calls without adequate training, you can get limited number of help if you have questions when you are call( eg lives- after 2 weeks they will say you only have 3 questions to ask while you are on call with client) They will calculate how much you take after call to add a note, how long you're taking to handle a call, No days off permitted in training environment( unpaid sick days if need be) You are expected if cx have question first refer resources before reaching out to help--- resources are 350 page manual, internal BPM, and 2 other resources. Worst worst worst place to work, PLEASE DO A FAVOUR TO YOURSELF DON'T ACCEPT THIS OFFER IF YOU GET!!!! TRAUMATIC EXPERIENCE DURING TRAINING, ALMOST HAD AN ANXIETY ATTACTK!!! No growth, no learning only internal politics
