Kind people, long tenures common.

Cons

Too much friend and family environment, with all those pros and cons. Poor decisions are not punished, but CYA attitude still prevalent.

Pros

Company provides a great name in the industry which ultimately leads to a large, trusting customer base. Commerce Bank (the original dominate regional bank pre-takeover) was well-known for customer service.

Cons

Organizational communication is misleading, minimal, almost non-existent... especially during times of increased uncertainty. The nature of the customer friendly bank attracts many risk-adverse clientele. As a result, the quantity of bank customers does not necessarily translate into a large number of investor clients.

flexible hours because of its opening eight to eight. good benefit and overall a very supportive and friendly environment to work in.

Cons

i am overall satisfied with TD. The only downside is properly the wage. Wage is generally lower than other banks
