Pros

(Depends on which department you work in) Decent salary and benefits. Looks great on the resume (more now as they ramp up in US). Even as a junior, you can get a lot of responsibilities which helps your career immensely. Great work life balance.

Cons

Extremely extremely conservative bank. Emphasis on risk management is great but some of the risk policies are downright ridiculous. Very poor IT infrastructure (for example they still use windows 2000). Lackadaisical attitude of back office. Things get done but take time.

Pros

Great work culture. They really focus on wowing customers and promoting the development of leadership skills.

Cons

Fluctuating work shifts can be hard on the sleep patterns if you like regularity in your work schedule. It sucks that they open on Sundays. Sometimes it is hard to coordinate work life and social life due to different shifts every week.
