      Pros

      Caring people, good promotional opportunities, in house classes to increase business acumen. They are not concerned about pushing sales, more about the customer experience which allows me to have a better business relationship with a customer and not push products on them all the time

      Cons

      work on weekends and at times they are not very lenient with the schedule. Have to be there at least 6 months before you are able to apply for other jobs or move around.

      Salary compensation Management staff Growth opportunities Basically a company who you work for and would fire you in an instant no matter what your employment history is with it One customer complaint can lead to termination If you plan on working for TD don't expect for them to recognize your work ethic as the management staff will only prefer employees they personally like Better chances at other banks for employee growth opportunities Working over here makes you think your back in grade school . Most employees very immature which leads to tension and incompetence
