Pros

They have a decently competitive pay rate, bonus incentives, but I think the best reason to work at TD Bank, is their wonderful TDUniversity program. It is relatively easy to get anywhere you want within the bank itself, with free classes open to everyone. Their forward thinking, inclusive culture is also a bonus.

Cons

Not the *best* compensation, the term 'banker's hours' has no meaning here, difficulty transferring from one location to another, fairly heavy sales pressure.
