Pros

- Discount on bank products - lots of different customers to talk to

Cons

- you dont get paid if you stay longer for closes - management is very two faced and can make your shift hell - no recognition for all the sales you bring in and all the referals you send to sales staff - the yearly raise is a joke and is not even worth it. And you cant even fight for a better raise. - HR pretends that they never got your e mail about a issue at your branch and never supports you when you need it. - managers dont support you with customer issues and make you deal with them. - managers blame you for audit issues when its their fault from the beginning. - managers dont support you for career advancement.
