      Pros

      Very stable bank, with great growth potential. Employees feel safe that they are with a viable entity in which there will be continued growth opportunity.

      Cons

      As with any large entity there will be a few employees that make the work environment less than desirable, however TD Bank had very few people that fit into that category.

      Pros

      Location on the subway is very good! Vacations floater time is good as well.

      Cons

      Too much micromanagement, too much scripting, analysts are treated like robots, TD runs this like an adult kindergarten.
