Pros

nothing to describe more that how I feel and experience

Cons

Great environment while Ed Clark was the CEO of the institution but after bharat masrani took over, he got the bonus package and 1600 people got laid off. Toxic and backstabber environment. I wouldn't wish my enemy to work is such poisonous work place.

Pros

-Great people work here - great opportunity to learn about finances and banking

Cons

-Horrible pay with an increasingly stressful work environment. -Customers are difficult and entitled -Difficult to move up- tenures are increasingly long -Sales goals are ridiculous- the bank is trying to milk as much as possible from its personal banking clients before tech takes over -you will find yourself doing some shady things to hit those difficult sales numbers. Managers usually know that this behaviour is going on -work life balance is horrible. You will soon start to live and breathe td. Work stresses will become home stresses. -td has thousands of people outside their door waiting for a job. If you can't keep up, or can't hit your numbers.. You are out the door. No company loyalty.

Pros

You will receive a free bank account, if such benefit could be considered a 'pro'.

Cons

I once heard "TD is the boyfriend who stole my youth". Turnover is comparable to a city bus. Some staff are asked to leave even when they are performing well. For the longer-term employees, many haven't received a pay increase for several years. There are no such things as 'benefits' for part-time employees. There are insurance programs, and you pay dearly for them. The most dishonourable and careless organization I have personally worked for. I can hardly put into words how badly all the lower-end staff are treated.
