Pros

Great benefits, customer oriented organization. Flex time available. Lots of growth opportunities. Performing employees get amazing recognition. It's an amazing place to learn and work. Have a positive attitude, be client focussed and extrovert, you're good to go!

Cons

Way too much work pressure. Employees drop like flies due to the stress and pressure and go on disability - you can see the stress on the faces of employees and it's not a case of misusing of this benefit. Micromanagement, employee experience is no longer an important value- changed since Ed Clarke moved. Mgmt says it is just a lip service. If you have an introvert personality, this is not a place for you.

Pros

Emphasis on learning, skill upgrading and industry standards adoption (specifically within the business analysis area). Great co-workers, professional environment, responsive management despite all the ongoing organizational changes and budget constraints.

Cons

Although part of TD, TD Insurance suffers from being the 'forgotten cousin' and often does not benefit from programs and resources available to the larger TD organization, and has to make do with smaller budget. Too many senior staff see TD Insurance as a temporary 'stepping stone' and don't stick around long.
