Pros

Loved the people i worked with and the manager of my branch. They were the only reason I stayed with the company as long as I did.

Cons

Unethical. The upper management is constantly asking the employees to perform their jobs in a way that benefits the company while hurting the customer. They will then use the metrics they gained during a time when they were forcing employees into unethical practices that generated more business to screw over employees and prevent them from maxing bonus.

Excellent training and development, many opportunities among different arms of the bank, amazing people to work with.

Cons

Goal targets increase higher than wages and bonuses, cutting support departments that don't generate revenue but that only adds more responsibilities for yourself

Cons

Misled at hiring regarding renumeration, inability to develop and promote staff. Safety of staff not considered regarding robberies
