Also, TAP has an experienced workforce with very passionate people that love the Company and their daily work.
Cons
- Some deeply rooted old habits exist across the Company - HR should try to implement up-to-date standards and procedures, improving corporate culture - Infrastructures are old (some went through renewal but many other still feel like the eighties)
